Job Description This is a software development position to develop a graphical user interface (GUI) for processing and visualization of time series of crustal deformation and other geophysical data, including strainmeter and GPS observations from the Earthscope Plate Boundary Observatory.

Qualifications Applicants must meet 1 year of appropriate specialized experience
equivalent to at least the GS-11 level in the federal service that
has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills,
and abilities (KSA's) to perform successfully the duties of the
position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the
position to be filled.

Other requirements include 1) IT related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, problem solving, and 2) knowledge of Graphical User Interface (GUI) development using the Java programming language.

U.S. citizenship is required to be considered for this position.
Compensation 71,087.00 - 92,409.00 USD /year
