The collaborative internship program has three partners, i.e., CS interns, a small business company, and a client looking for IT help to complete a small to mid-sized project. The small business company will guide the CS interns and be responsible for the delivery of the project. The program will give students supervised experience in programming engineering applications and allow companies to work with interns on a larger-scale project without the worry of management effort and quality delivery. Students will learn how to cooperate with other developers to fulfill common goals, and integrate themselves into the team work community.
